What if I don't have a logo or branding yet?
No problem. If you don't have an established brand, we'll put together a design for you as part of the build: colour palette, typography, and overall visual style, so your site looks cohesive and professional from day one. A full standalone logo design is not included in standard packages, but we'll make sure the site works with whatever you have or we create together.
Do you work with businesses outside Queensland?
Yes. We work with businesses right across Australia. Everything is handled remotely: brief, build, and delivery. Your location doesn't matter.
Can I edit my website after it goes live?
No. The way we build websites is very secure, and highly optimised, it comes as the compromise of you being unable to edit the site yourself. If you're a confident website developer, we can provide you the code and you're welcome to host, manage and update the website yourself. If you're looking to make changes, you can come back to us anytime and we'd be happy to help.
What is a static website?
A static website delivers plain HTML, CSS, and JavaScript files directly to every visitor's browser. There's no database, no server-side processing, and no login system. That matters more than most people realise. WordPress and CMS-based sites are constantly targeted by automated bots hunting for login panels, outdated plugins, and known vulnerabilities. Even well-maintained ones can be compromised, defaced, or just quietly broken by a rogue plugin update. A static site has none of those attack surfaces. There's nothing to log into, nothing to update, and nothing that can silently break overnight. They also load faster, score better on Google's Core Web Vitals, and have lower hosting costs. The only thing you give up is the ability to edit content yourself, which is where our update plans come in.
Do I own the code when the project is done?
Yes. The code we write for your project is yours. You can take the files, host them anywhere, hand them to another developer, or do whatever you like with them. Any third-party resources used in the build, such as licensed images or icon libraries, remain subject to the original provider's terms and copyright.
What hosting do you use?
It depends on your needs. We work with a range of setups, from our own servers through to commercial platforms like Netlify and AWS. We'll recommend the right option when we discuss your project, and if you'd prefer to manage hosting yourself, we'll hand over the files so you can do exactly that.
What if I'm not happy with the design?
We check in with you throughout the build so there are no surprises at the end. You'll see progress before anything goes live, and every package includes two rounds of revisions after delivery. If something isn't right, we'll fix it. We're committed to making sure you're happy with the result.
Do you offer ongoing support after launch?
Yes. Every build includes two revision rounds within 3 days of delivery. For ongoing changes beyond that, we offer update plans at different support levels, from a set number of monthly requests through to unlimited priority updates. Full details are on the pricing page.
Can you help with Google ranking and SEO?
Yes. Every site we build includes foundational SEO setup: proper page titles, meta descriptions, structured headings, and fast load times, all of which contribute to how Google ranks your site. The Orbit package also includes Google Search Console setup so you can monitor performance over time. We don't offer ongoing SEO campaigns, but every site leaves our hands on a solid technical foundation.
