These terms govern all website design and development services provided by Collaborative Solutions And Design Pty Ltd t/a Go Sites (ABN 58 616 278 007), operating in Queensland, Australia. By engaging our services you agree to the following.
Collaborative Solutions And Design Pty Ltd t/a Go Sites provides static website design and development services as described in the agreed project brief. All deliverables are outlined at the time of booking. Any work outside the agreed scope may incur additional charges, which will be communicated before work begins.
A deposit is required to secure your booking and delivery window, except as otherwise agreed in writing prior to commencement. The remaining balance is due upon delivery of the completed website, unless alternative payment terms have been expressly agreed in writing. All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST. Work will not commence until the deposit is received and cleared.
Delivery windows (Express same-day or Relaxed 3 business days) commence once your brief is confirmed and deposit is cleared, except as otherwise agreed in writing. Business days and times are based on Queensland/Brisbane, Australia. Delays caused by the client providing content, approvals, or access late may affect the delivery window and, in such cases, the agreed delivery window shall be extended by a corresponding period.
To meet tight delivery windows, the client must remain reasonably available and responsive throughout the build. This includes promptly providing content, answering questions, and approving work when requested. If the client is unreachable for an extended period during the delivery window (for example, several hours without response), Go Sites reserves the right to pause the delivery clock until contact is re-established. In such cases, the on-time delivery guarantee will not apply for the period of client-caused delay.
Go Sites will not be held liable for delays caused by events outside of our reasonable control. This includes but is not limited to acts of nature (such as cyclones, floods, or severe weather), power outages, internet or infrastructure failures, government-imposed restrictions, or other force majeure events. In such cases, we will communicate with you as soon as practicable and work to deliver your project at the earliest opportunity.
Except as otherwise agreed in writing, each package includes two (2) rounds of revisions. A revision round covers reasonable adjustments to the delivered work based on the original agreed brief and does not constitute a change of scope. Additional revision rounds or significant scope changes will be quoted and invoiced separately prior to commencement of that additional work.
You are responsible for providing all content (text, images, logos, branding) required for your website. By supplying materials to Go Sites, you confirm that you own the rights to use them or have permission to do so. Go Sites accepts no liability for copyright infringement arising from client-supplied materials.
It is the client's responsibility to thoroughly review all content produced or delivered as part of the project, including any content drafted by Go Sites on your behalf, before the website goes live. The client is ultimately responsible for the accuracy, legality, and appropriateness of all content published on their website. Approval of the final deliverable, whether explicit or implied by sign-off, constitutes acceptance of all content.
Go Sites uses artificial intelligence (AI) tools to assist in the development of website content, including copywriting, structure, and design suggestions. While we review and edit AI-generated content, there is a possibility that some content may not be 100% unique and could be similar to content produced for other clients or found elsewhere online.
Clients are encouraged to review all content prior to launch and request amendments if required. Go Sites makes no guarantee of uniqueness for AI-assisted content and accepts no liability for any issues arising from the similarity of content to third-party material.
Upon receipt of final payment, and except as otherwise agreed in writing, ownership of the completed website design and code transfers to you. Go Sites retains the right to display the completed work in its portfolio unless the client requests otherwise in writing prior to or at the time of project completion. Third-party assets (fonts, stock images, frameworks) remain subject to their respective licences regardless of any agreement between the parties.
Unless otherwise agreed, all websites will be placed on a monthly hosting plan upon going live. Clients may elect to switch to an annual hosting plan, which is available at a discounted rate. Clients who wish to manage their own hosting may do so, and Go Sites will provide the necessary files from the website for self-hosting.
Where Go Sites arranges hosting or domain registration on your behalf, these services are provided by third-party providers and Go Sites acts as a facilitator only. Ongoing hosting and domain renewal costs are the client's responsibility. Failure to maintain hosting payments may result in the website going offline.
Except as otherwise agreed in writing, if Go Sites misses the agreed delivery window (excluding delays attributable to the client or events outside our reasonable control), the client will receive an automatic 50% discount on the project cost. Refunds are not available once work has commenced, unless Go Sites is unable to deliver the agreed scope. Change of mind after work has started does not entitle the client to a refund.
If the client chooses to end the engagement before the project is complete, they remain liable for reasonable costs for all work completed up to the point of written notification. This includes any costs reasonably incurred by Go Sites to cease the service, such as decommissioning hosting, transferring files, or other wind-down activities. Go Sites will provide an itemised summary of costs upon request.
Go Sites' liability is limited to the total amount paid for the services in question. We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of our services or the delivered website. This includes but is not limited to loss of revenue, data, or business opportunity.
Go Sites collects personal information solely for the purpose of delivering agreed services and communicating with clients. We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties. Information is handled in accordance with the Australian Privacy Act 1988.
These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law.
Go Sites reserves the right to update these terms at any time. The version in effect at the time of your booking applies to your engagement. Current terms are always available on this website.
